DILIA PLOTKIN – An Investment International Advisor with over 18 years experience in the financial sector that has worked with some of the most prestigious investment firms on Wall Street. She has a profound understanding of the U.S. and the Latin American Capital Markets and has managed over $250 million dollars of foreign high net worth individual and institutional accounts.  Ms. Plotkin’s experience includes trading in equities, mutual funds, corporate and government bonds and specializing in emerging markets.

PAMELA GAINES-ECHEVERRI - Has a Master degree in Nursing and Health Sciences Education and a Advanced Nurse Practicioner degree from the University of Texas. Mrs Gaines also has a bachelors degree with a minor in Microbiology from South Eastern University. Currently, Pamela is the Executive Director of International Medical Health Care Consulting in Houston, Texas, a highly specialized international health consulting practice representing and promoting American hospitals in target territories in Latin America and opening markets in Europe and Asia.  

During more than 15 years, her extensive experience in medical administration planning, management and human resources for U.S. Intitutions has been profesionally recognized. Her expertise includes not only development, implementation, research and evaluation of cross-cultural health care projects but also fundraising for non-profit organizations.

Mrs. Gaines has been an International Consultant and Team Coordinator in the areas of preventive health, education, public health, intensive care and new clinics adventures. She is the Founder and Board Director of Houston Mobile Medical Services, board member at Broker Consulting Group and Fort Bend Boys Choir. Former member of Texas Children’s Quality Assurance Team, She belongs to Sigma Theta Tau, honor and research society, NAPNAP and TNP Associations.

She also taught classes on Business Management, CLIA and OSHA at the University of Texas graduate program and was an active preceptor for graduate students. Mrs. Gaines has frequently been an international guest lecturer.

MAURICIO RODRIGUEZ - Mauricio Rodriguez is a scientist and international analyst with broad experience in the biotechnology industry in Latin America, Europe and the U.S. He has extensive expertise on biochemistry and biophysics, genetic engineering for agricultural applications, and mathematical modeling of metabolism for medical and biotechnological applications. He was awarded a UNESCO Fellowship in Biotechnology to conduct scientific research in Belgium. He also earned a Fulbright Fellowship that he used to pursue his PhD studies at Texas A&M University, and a Bush Fellowship for a Master in Public Administration at the Bush School of Government. He has served as an external advisor for the Colombian General Consulate in Houston. While at Texas A&M University, he has served in the executive board of the Professional Hispanic Network and is the Founder of the Colombian Aggie Network. More recently, he has worked as an international consultant in science and technology for biotech and pharmaceutical companies.  

GRETA LEISOREK has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology ad Anthropology from FIU and a Master's Degree from Thunderbird University on International Management. Mrs. Leisorek has broad background coordinating and leading client and multinational teams in the creation, analysis and execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, investments and privatizations transactions in Latin America and the Caribbean region in the oil, gas and coal industry.

She has worked closely with international companies and trade associations to improve corporate market research and consulting on market planning and penetration strategies. 

Mrs. Leisorek is fluent in Englis, Spanish and conversant in Portuguese and French.

LUPINA MCMAINS – Is the president and founder of McMains and Associates, L.L.C. a company whose mission is to develop markets in the travel and tourism industry. Mrs. McMains is a dynamic executive with more than 25 years experience in the industry where her tenure has held executive positions with Aero México and Continental Airlines.  This extensive experience coupled with personal achievement has established her as a keystone individual in the tourism and business arena.

Mrs. Mcmains is active in the community and serves as chairperson and/or board member of various renowned organizations in Houston, TX, such as Inter-American Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Houston International Initiatives, World Trade Center, Mayor’s Advisory Board Latin American Committee, and The Consular Forum.  Mrs. McMains was granted the coveted US “Executive Woman Service Award of the Year” in 1995.
